Bad service from Finrite

Good Finrite insurance is really a place that nobody wants to do business with. I handed in my phone at my local store where I bought my phone and also took out insurance on the 16 Feb 2018. Up till yesterday they have been giving the poor consultants at Edgars Garden Route the run around. First they said the claim is taking longer because it's a cash sale then for a whole month the excuse was that they never recieved the claim documents. Yesterday the consultant phoned again and were given another e-mail address,after 2 hours she phoned back and were told the person is out of the office....she phoned back another 2 hours later only to hear the person is still out of the office...how is that even possible??? The last person she spoke to didn't want to give his name and cut her call. She has spoken to Khululeko, Tsepho, Nikita and also Dineo. This kind of service is totally unacceptable and most unpleasant to say the least...
