Bad service from Dorothy

I just got off a call with an extremely rude lady from your collections department by the name of Dorothy that’s even if that’s her correct name , she refused to listen and understand why I was calling instead she was very eager to tell me how we as clients call in frustrated because of not having money to pay . What I will not tolerate is pathetic service from a call center agent who lacks empathy with clients . I called two seconds after she went mute and spoke to Cindy who advised she couldn’t pick up details of the lady spoke prior “Dorothy” . I’m shocked that people like this have to deal with actual clients
