Bad service foschini higveld mall witbank

I bought a phone in 2015 at foschini with an insurance and it started giving me problems in july and I took it for repairs at Highveld mall in witbank and they told me it will be fixed in 14 days time, I called on the 15th day and they said it would take another 7 days. Till this day I still dont have my phone and I am tired of calling and begging for my phone bad bad service, I want my phone back...Sabina M Skosana +***
