Bad service Foschini Fountains Mall

Dropped by Foschini in Jeffrey’s Bay Fountains Mall a few days ago and the service was shocking ! Very disappointed indeed .. ! Staff are not friendly at all and they are quite happy to finish their conversation while you wait for them to attend to you .. store was not busy at all .. I think I was the only person in the store at the time and I left thinking I won’t be going back there anytime soon ! How do I give half a star ? But they don’t deserve it !
