Bad service foschini

I had an account with Foshini for about 30 years. I have not bought from them for a while. When I bought for over R1300 yesterday, they told me my account is closed. I said yes I assume it is because I have not buy for a while. I asked if they can phone head office which they did. The guy from head office asked me lots of question. which I answered and asked me to give the phone back to the sales lady at Foschini Table Bay Mall. He spoke to her and she then informed me that I must bring in a bank statement. The present I bought, was for my daughter's birthday today.

SO FOSHINI if this is what you are doing with clients of 30 years who always paid off my account before it was due, you will never see me again.

I do not think this is good for your business.
