Bad Service Foschini

My handbag was ****** out of my car, my ID, Drivers License and other store cards went with it. I have been able to replacement all my other cards using my SA Passport with no problem at all. I am trying to replace my Foschini card and was told that I need to go into the store in order to do this (which I do not mind), but that they will only accept my ID (which was ****** and I cannot get a new one through Home Affairs due to lockdown yet). They will not accept my SA Passport and nor did they even try to assist me in stopping my card. I really think that this is bad service from Foschini, Woolworths on the other hand, stopped my card, ordered a new one and let me know when I can fetch it at the store, oh and they will accept my SA Passport as identification. I have never experienced anything so frustrating as what I have with Foschini tryin to replace a card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
