Bad Service

my four months old phone -Mobicel worth R1400 (which i'm still paying an installment for it) stopped charging in February and Markahms need R1250 to repair the phone or R250 if i dont repeair it..pls help i cant afford all these pro payments-R1250 required as i'm still paying for the phone and i m desparetely in need of the phone..thank you
