Bad service delivery

I placed an order with TGF on the 25th of November. I received some of my items but there are still outstanding ones. They stated that a delivery takes 3 - 5 days but its been 8 days now and I'm still yet to receive my order. I have been calling since last week but I am not getting a clear indication of when will I get my parcel. I am tired of calling them because it is useless since they are not keen on helping me. If it was not for the fact that I owe them I would close this account!
