Bad service

Disappointed in Foschini as i had a serveral few bad experiences with them now. As a regular shopper with my mom and mother in law. Went there a while ago to ask if they can assist me with make up and if they can do it as well as had an event that evening the girl who helped said she cant do my make up now coz they very busy with hardly anyone in the store she then said if i paid her something she would do it, which i asked others opinions on and never happened to them. So HELL NO for parow centre branch on that. Last week went to canal walk to get a new cellphone and they didnt have stock of the specific 1 went all over the mall again to search came back to them to ask the guy if we cant buy the display unit as is. Not helpful at all he had so many stories and excuses. Your service has gone super down down
