bad service

I bought Luella sandals on Friday, worn them on Saturday during the day there were ruined meaning they were faulty. I then sent an email to customer services and Sisanda the client assistant asked for details I then sent her she never came back for an update I then called the support team I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes with no help. The worst service ever and I'm stuck with sandals that are faulty. bad service
