Bad service, bad attitude, *********** staff and poor management!!

I bought a phone at Foschini in Riverside Mall in May, less than two months later the phone became faulty. Took it back to the shop and they took it in for repairs, with no information what so ever as to when I wud receive it back and NO alternative arrangements made for the inconvenience! It hasn't been back since and NONE of the staff know ANYTHING. They do not do follow ups of any sort nor do they keep me updated on anything!

I am highly disappointed and appalled by this retail. We spend our hard earned money on such poor poor service!!!
