Bad Service at Foschini Stores

I've had 2 really bad experiences at Foschini Stores, Waverley Plaza, Pretoria. During my visit in 2020, I bought makeup and ladies underwear. The shop is not and has not been wheelchair friendly. No shop assistants in sight and I've had to ask a customer's husband to get me the underwear from the shelve. The passage is too narrow for a wheelchair. I've complained to the head office and they have promised to look into the matter. The branch manager called me to apologize. About 10 days ago I've had the same experience at the same store.Nothing has been done to make the store wheelchair friendly. Service sucks and I had to shout twice to get a reaction from staff members. You are discriminating againgst the disabled! #WIN
