Bad service at foschini loch logan

There is a lady named Cherise, not quiet sure about the spelling but she is a cashier... She is short and has an essence hair style, I think she is a colored, I went in to exchange shoes and she wanted to give me with a different price and I told her I will buy with the price I bought with yesterday and she told another cashier that was helping me by the name of Makena she will see what she will do, she is not getting involved and it seems like she is the supervisor... I even said to her, her customer service is bad Nad she said thank you with an attitude... Kindly attend to this materr because we are paying customers for her to give such a bad attitude and she works on the tills.... It's really bad for the company!!!! Please address it.
