Bad Service at Foschini group
<p>On the 24 of April 2017 My sister paid my mom's foschini account at american swiss Vanderbiljpark with a debit card which decline then she paid by cash, few days later we find out that debit card payment went through but to our suprise that debit card payment does not reflect on our my mom's account, Since then she is been trying to get her money back but no one want to help her, she even call Foschini head office but no one is helping her. so can you please help her to get a refund. My mom Foschini account no is ********** ********** 87641 her name is leah Mo***eng her phone no is ********** , Your help will be higly appreciated thank you</p>

They said we must go the our postbank so that the bank can refund us, at the post office they told us that they will get back to us they are still investigating the matter but they never come back to us.
