Bad service and misleading promotions

I bought products at the Foschini store in Promenade Mitchells Plain on Saturday the 11th of November 2017. The products I purchased was to the value of R610 which qualified for the promotion which was spend R600 and receive a discount of 15% off. The products I bought had a free bag with it. When checking my slip the 15% was not discounted. I asked the consultant and she blatantly said that I cant get a free item and a discount at the same time. When I asked where it stated that that is the case she walked away. I went to the customer service and asked for a manager. One of the consultants on the floor stated the manager was busy and she is not going to be done anytime soon. I asked if I should wait in the ques to see her I was told she is quite busy and she is not attending to customers. Everyone just went on with what they were doing and just ignored me standing there. They are quite excited to take your money but when it comes to service its the worst place to shop at.
