Bad Service and lack of respect

So I walked into a foschini store in mooi river potchefstroom. Shopped for some lipstick and finally made a choice and I had those in my hands whilst still shopping. Made my way to the earrings and handbags side, then I just feel somebody grabbing the 2 lipsticks from my hands. As I looked up it was a lady working in da store. She forcefully removed the 2 items frm my hands and said 'before you put them inside your bag let me take them. You will find them in the front". Then she walked away from me and said nothing more. Other customers just stared at me. I had no idea what just happened.

The shock and embarrassment that I endured at that moment was beyond me. I have never went through anything like this. And I am a foschini customer. Is that how we get treated now? I just got so angry and left the shop still dismayed. Level of disrespect beyond me. So I looked like a ***** to this woman. And her approach? Is this how blacks treat each other now? I didn't get her name but it's an old woman who looks coloured. So disappointed and traumatized by this incidence. I dont think I will set my foot into any foschini store for sometime. Clearly as humans we have little respect for each other and we keep belittling each other even in situations that require simple communication.
