Bad service

I visited foschini store at joubert street Johannesburg yesterday to do an exchange. One assistant, Ishamael was very rude. He started by complaining about the slip and he threw it away saying he doesn't understand it so he can't help me. They had to call someone else. He said he doesn't care whether I report him or what. I've been shopping at foschini for the past 16 years and this is the first time to get such a bad service. This guy doesn't deserve to be on the store floor, maybe somewhere at the back of the store unpacking boxes or something
