Bad service

Pathetic and very bad service. Order things on line takes very long. So when you phone they say remember it's covid thins take longer. So after phoning twice, I gave it two weeks like the lady said. They sent an email saying "sorry you are not satisfied with you purchases" and that I returned the items. They never even reached me. And now they don't have stock and can't help. Absolutely ridiculous.
