BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from your online store and I only got 1 pair.I called in several times to find out what was going on and was told that I need to wait for 10 to 14 days .I waited for over 14days now and no one has said anything about my order. Ive been sending emails to *** and no one has bothered to come back to me. I am so disappointed with TFG because this was a gift for my friends who are twins and the other twin has recieved her gift till today.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
