Bad Service

I logged a complaint on hello peter on the 30/3/2015 still i have received no feedback from the Foshini group which i think is bad customer service and pathetic service. The least you could do is give feedback.<br> <br> Complaint below:<br> I had a sport scene account 10 years back, fell on bad times and was handed over. I fully paid back the account and was told after two years that the record will fall away then i can apply for a new account. 10 years later and they still dont want me to open a new account. I mean seriously you going to keep that against me forever.<br> <br> When you ask the call center for assistances they transfer you all over and no one can assist.
