Bad service

Service is useless, iv opened data account allowing you guys to change my Sim to your network but nothing is working, I called agent she doesn't even know how to troubleshoot, so I asked her to cancel my account but when it comes to debiting you are very quick and fast because you've got nothing to loose.

Why is the data still not working even on my one months cancelation? Pathetic, **********
