Bad service

I have an account at duesouth for a number of years. I discovered that they are charging me for a book that i have never recieved we have now contatcted them on many occasions and nothing has been done about this credit. This is my last ditch attamp at getting some relieve in this matter cost is over R2000 in this matter.
