Bad Service

I happened to be in Pretoria on the 3rd August, so i popped in in one of the Foschini store in wonderboom junction around 14:30 to purchase some cosmetics, the lady who was helping me charged me twice for the things i bought, i realised when my statement comes that mu balance was high, i checked my receipts and realised she did not do a credit note, went to the nearest foschini clearwater, closed to were i live, the lady there was very helpful and tried to assist me with calling foschini in wonderboom to get them to do the credit note, but after hours on call back and forth my query was never resolved as the lady Phuti assisted by Boitumelo insisted that i must drive to Pretoria so they can do a credit note and they wanted my signature since the store manager was on leave that day.

They promised to sort everything out and call me on Monday the 9th sept when the store manager comes back, but till today i'm still waiting.
