Bad service

On the 14th February I made an order for R300 unfortunately I couldn't collect the order in store then my parcel was returned back to the warehouse. Then on the 2nd March I received a refund of R150 instead of R300. I called the customer service department last week, the consultant told me she escalated my query. Up to this day I didn't get my remaining balance of R150, instead my calls are dropped when I'm calling regarding my money.

Bash are ****** & I will never support them😠😠
