Bad service

I went to foschini @the glen mall in camaro on the 29/11/20. I was looking for a make up . I entered went straight to REVLON department as thats the product i have been using . The the consultant came and assisted me , unfortunately i could not afford the product at the moment . I then said to her , can i please check on the other brand more affordable.i told her that i have seen a cheaper product in YARDLEY DEPARTMENT . She said she can not be able assist me in that brand bwcause she does not know their colours.which was fair enough for me. I then went to YARDLEY and there was no consultant i asked her to get me the person who can assist me in YARDLEY. Her responce was , the consultant is off today ,which means i can not get any help.i find it so weird in a big store like that , there is no CONSULTANT who can assist . I then left the store without buying the make up . So dissapointed
