Bad service

Good Day ,

I went to Foshini bedford to register a claim for my cellphone on the 12/01/2023 @ 13:57, I filled in forms and left the phone. After a few weeks I called Monitor SA to follow up on claim and was told claim was never recorded. I then called foschini the cellphone Lady Tsholofelo said that she did hand in claim i called again and spoke to christoper at Monitor sa insurance i send him picture of phone i left and he said he will follow up. The last mail i got he asked was for IME number i advised i am not sure as phone was left at the shop that was on the 02/03/2023, i called monitor sa today and there is still no claim logged jow is this correct, i have email between me and chrisptopher .
