Bad Service

If you want to experience a pathetic service please go to this store, the is always one cashier working irrespective of the queue in the shop. I went to this store for the past 3 months and it is always the same thing. I was there this past Saturday to make a payment and the queue was not moving at all. The poor gentleman was trying his level best. What is happening to this store? No guys please respect us as your customers , we cannot stand in long queue and having to look at the staff members walking around. Is it your policy to have one cashier working ? in Jan I was the with my heavily pregnant sister and the same thing happened. I have been to other stores and have not experienced this kind of service
