BAD SERVICE

I have settled my account with Foschini in October 2016. And were my account closed with them. They say I'm a bad payer as I still own them the R451.00 which were the exact amount that I've paid in 2016? How can I still pay an account that I don't have and that is closed for almost 4 years. Someone is not doing their job.
