BAD SERVICE
I went to Foschini in Menlyn Jewelry Department, First time I went to purchase a ring had to wait for like an hour to get assistance!!!!!!, for the second time today I want to buy a watch asked for assistance at paying points then all staff members left the till point with attitude\ still busy with another customer"!!! For God heaven sake am flip-pin paying not. I am not happy with their service. This will be last purchase at Foschini. My mother has a Foschini account for more than 10 years now. I wonder why she still has it ?with the poorest device eveeeer."""
