Bad service
My mother bought a cellphone at Foschini it got lost and she claimed on the insurance then they gave her a new phone on the 17th of September 2014, the phone had a fault (button not working) she gave it back to Foschini on the 10th of April 2015 even today she does not have the it back, she's been there a number of times all they have are stories I personally went there on the 5th of January 2016 they still did not give the phone and they said they will speak to the manager and call on the 6th, of which they did not and we are still waiting. I don't trust them anymore.
