Bad service

I bought a top at Donna-Claire Wonderboom, today I went to take it back as the person I bought for doesn't need it. When I got there I was told that they cant refund me because they don't have money in the tills as they haven't sold anything for the day and that time it was 02:45 the store is closing in 15 minutes time at 03:00 I was so shocked and surprised.<br> <br> Worse I was told to go to Soshanguve for a refund I don't even know where the heal is Soshanguve and I don't know who gave the right to that lady to tell me to go to Soshanguve out of all the places or maybe this is what you telling all your customers even the white ones that they must go to Soshanguve for the refund.<br> <br> Im so disappointed with the service I got Donna-Claire such a big company but you cant afford to refund your customers and the store is kept opened, to me I don't see a point of opening and paying the staff that is giving such a bad service because if you didn't receive anything today it means the store is operating on a loss.
