bad service

had the worst experience using your online shopping from your store THE FIX . Bought a boot waited & it was never delivered , when I called to do a follow up I was then told I wont be receiving my order as it is out of stock . Have I not called was I ever gonna be informed . I then asked when ill be refunded back my money to my surprise ill have to wait another 10 days to get my money back

I bought those shoes for an event I have this coming weekend , the next thing I have to wait for 10 workings days I cannot even buy another pair cause you have my money .

What is more depressing drove to the mall found the shoe but unfortunately at the store it was not on sale & they cant even make a plan for me to get the refund they just did not care .

such bad customer service & no care at all , don't put something online knowing you don't have it in stock should have just used a more reliable store & got a pair for my event this weekend.

Blaming the bank for your incompetence is on another level telling me guys have already refunded me by it is now laying with the bank . WOW
