bad service

i app**** for a sportcene account online, i didn't even enter a my details and it said declined. I went in store and they said it declined because i tried to many times but that's because my web browser kept refreshing! they advised me to at foschini. Three weeks ago i did, got an sms to send my payslip and id send I've sent it via what's app and email numerous times and yet im still getting the sms to send!! this is super annoying!! i wonder if they ever receive or process the documentation!
