Bad service

Foschini in Westgate Mall WestRand is the worst. On friday 1March 2019 I got there at 18:51 the doors were closed and the store suppose to close at 19:00, so there was lady at store then she opened the door because she was speaking to the guy who was leaving the store, then I got in, then this other rude lady came to me and said 'we are closed' I said its 18:51 ain't you suppose to be closing at 19:00? She turned around and said to the lady by the ' you opened for the customer and we are closed' the lady by the door the said 'its fine'.. then I told that lady Im going to report this to the head office, then when I was walking towards the tills, then this lady said ' did you hear what the customer said' then they laugh... This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and its not the first time Foschini staff behave like this, why do you bother hiring people who don't want to work? who prefer to close the store early on the 1st day of the month whereas is the last day of installment payable due date? I mean realy, where is the common sense there? TFG Im so disappointed and I will never set a foot in that store again...Foschini Cresta Mall, Clearwater and Mall of the south they have good customer service not the one in Westgate mall, ****ty service all the way! The thing thay makes me so angry I was there for payment not shopping nxa! Free advice take your staff for customer service course and give them free watches cleary they don't know the time! Also remind them of trading hours.
