Bad service

The service at Foschini Evaton mall is bad and after today, I want to pay off my account and close it. There's tall dark lady that people are complaining about. I went there to make a payment today and the staff was doing nothing, she saw me holding a card then she shouted and said if you are here to pay please go and make a payment from other stores. I asked her why as I was at Fochini already she then laughed and said, the system is not working. When I got to total sports I found 2 ladies complaining about the same person that she chased them away and said they can go and make payments from other stores because she will not be able to help them. People were complaining about that at Fochini Evaton mall the staff is always chasing people away.
