Bad service

I was at Foschini yesterday ,during the time I was there I was treated in a very unprofessional manner by one of the staff member by the name of Stephani. The lady who is the rep for Elizabeth Arden helped me in a very diligent and professional manner. During the time I was there busy paying for staff that I have bought I went to test a Lancome perfume and in a joking manner I said to Stephani "I am sure you wont complain that I am testing the perfume cuz I just bought those Elizabeth Arden products " She came out with a very loud voice telling me that if I bought those products I am not buying for her and I shouldnt come to the shop and bath with the perfumes cuz I am not even buying . I am an old client of Foschini and I buy there all the time be it clothes or clarins products or perfumes. I did not argue with her or even respond I just left her took my stuff and left and she was still shouting. There were people around us and I felt belittled and embarrassed. I am not sure about the rules and code of conduct of Tfg but I am sure no such behaviour is allowed at any institution.
