bad service
i placed an order online for a dress and a slipper. paid using my card R448.00. which was deducted from my bank account. received an invoice stating that the money was received. i received 2 smses that my order will be delivered separately . one has been delivered and received an sms now to say the payment wasnt received for the dress. how is that if both items were ordered at the same day and one has been delivered? P ********** 57.
