bad service
i received call from collection , i'm was so disappointed and heart broken with the manner in which the lady spoke with me on Saturday(15/12/2018) morning, and on my birthday. I dropped the phone. she spoke to me as if i'm a child, boyfriend or family member. kindly listen if call procedure was followed, and if is this manner Markham's conduct business. I will be closing this account before month end
