BAD SERVICE
I used to have an account with Foschini a while back, I closed the account and they have recently contacted me again to open a new one. I app**** and somebody phoned me to ask a few questions and said that I'd receive an sms with the outcome of my application.
I NEVER RECEIVED THE SMS.
I had to phone after Foschini at least 7 times, just to be told that it's declined. Why ask me to open an account again in the first place? It was a waste of time sending them all my documents.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never shop or open an account there again.
