Bad service

I went to foschini hazyview and wanted to change the the jean my husband bought for me at Pretoria and thy told me i need to go to pta to get my husbands card or I'd. But last time when i was at bush they where able to assist thy gave me a gift card then put the refund money there then i was able to take wht ever i wanted to exchange. Now i am at hazyview and they refused to help me and they called bush branch **** me talk to the manager of bush who told me i was ding *****. I ask the lady to call head Office for me and she called the manager of bush again and the manager of bush told her if i dont have my husbands Id thy mast not call headoffice for me . i was never treated this small at any retail store. I left feeling so small and embarrassed.
