bad service

My patient has run over now.I have settled my account with foschini group in Jan 2017 through their lawyers pienaar sithole and associates. since then I have been waiting for the paid up letter as requested. Every time I called in there's an excuses that i will get my paid up letter within 24 hours I mean I am talking about 2 ********** matter no email received even now. I have sent emails to Thobekile no respond towards my emails again I have spoken to more than 3 different people on their department but there is non of them who tried to resolve the matter including the supervisor.my life has stacked because of this I want the matter to be resolve Asap. PIENNAR SITHOLE AND ASSOCIATES AND SSDA-CDS DEBT RECORY FIX THIS ASAP.
