BAD SERVICE

bad service! i purchased a dress at Foschini south gate on the 09/06/2018, dress is small size. Today (11/06/2018) went to foschini in Carlton Centre JHB to return the dress they said their system is not working i was sent to Foschini Elloff street JHB and they made me wait as ONLY one person was helping with returns , once my turn finally came they tell me that my purchase of R450.00 cannot be refunded as they don't have that money in the store and just like that i was told to come back later or a refund to my card which will take 10 working days (nonsense). This is pure incompetence and BAD CUSTOMER service for a big town like JHB CBD. i think a manager or surpervisor by the name of Tumelo didn't even show remorse even after i told her i was sent from one store to another and it's during working hrs.
