BAD SERVICE

I placed an order of a cellphone at HI-ONLINE on the 7th of August, its still being processed after I was told after payment it will be couried... They are not even bothered to call and say what's happening, now I have to check up on them. The item is now really costing me too much, the consultant even suggested I cancel the order and that alone shows how *********** they are... I don't see myself using their services anymore, its PATHETIC for such a big company!
