Bad service

Today i went to your Uitenhage store after a saw the sale on your website. I went to ask about the Puma stone chukka boot thats on sale for R599 it was R1199.... I then asked if its possible for then to get it from another store as the one in Uitenhage doesn't have it it stock and i was told No. This is the first time that I hear something like this. I was told unless i have an account with fochini they won't be able to ask from another store. So my question now is are you now treating clients differently according to your benefit??? I do have an account but want to buy cash.
