Bad Service

<p>As I requested to be placed under Debt Review, I need Statements from all my creditors.</p> <p>I did receive the necessary documents from all the creditors execpt Foschini and once more.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now more then 3 weeks and I still receiving phone calls to make payment and that they never received any documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all mails from my Debt Councellors showing that the documents was send to them as well all the mails where I have request statements.</p> <p> </p> <p>On every phone call that I receive from them I need to ask for a statement and change my mailing address.</p> <p>Is there a problem with their system that it does not update any of my details??</p> <p> </p> <p>I need a Statement today.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
