Bad Service

<p>Poor service at Foschini Kroonstad . Yesterday I went to pay my account for the 3rd time , no cashier at the till and after about 5 min I ask if there is somebody who can help me, the staff was standing chatting to each other and ignore me. At the door I ask a lady for the manageres, and she told me that it was het day off. This morning I again went to Foschini this time I was lucky there was a lady who help me. After I paid I ask for the manageres to tell her my complaint , she was so very UNFRIENDY and did not even appologise , she did not look at me when I told her my problem , she spoke to the staff member . She was not interested to here my problem at all !!! I am going to close my account .!</p>
