Bad service

<p>I had a very bad experience at Foschini Sammy Marks Square in Pretoria,specifically the shoes department. The lady is black,medium height and complexion,short haired. She was rude from the word go. Firstly I had to wait to be assisted cause there was nobody there,when she finally "arrived" she was busy putting hand gloves together,so I greeted her and asked if she assists in the shoes department,she gave me a mean look and asked for my shoe size since I already had a pair of boots I wanted in my hand,she went to the back,gave me the shoe while conversating with her colleague. The pair did not fit and I didn't ask for a smaller size since the experience was already unpleasant. I put the boots in the box and waited for her AGAIN to give the boots back,she came back and I said thank you for your assistance,she just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language. I honestly won't be shopping there again.</p>
