bad service

Last year november I sent my phone in for repairs, its may month already and im still waiting on my cell phone,every month I go to the store to find out about the phone,I evens phone,<br> No one seems to keep me updated or anything and every time its the same excuse that they waiting on the insurance company to contact them,but the day I took the phone to the store I was told it will only take 2 - 8 weeks,<br> whats the hold up? and how long must I still wait? <br> Must I still wait another 6 months or 12months before I get the phone<br> <br> Im really getting fed up now
