Bad service

<p>Hi I bought a Vodacom gone about 2 weeks ago when opening the box inside foshini the screen protector was cracked and brocken, the lady who helped me said she will speak 2 the supplier and c what she can do 2 get another 1, now finally after so long I had 2 go inside the store only 2 be told that there is nothing they can do, there supplier can't help them as it's an extra item that got put in the box his name is Rasheed, I'm sorry but that is bad service I know it's only a R1000,00 for the phone but still it's alote of money for me, I got the phone as a gift 2 my mom as her other phone is broken, so this is not cool, and even though I work in walmer centre they will not be seen me again in that store.</p>
