Bad service

I had the worst experience at the galleria branch yesterday when I went in to pick up an item that a lady had set aside as their system was offline on Thursday. A very rude consultant who seemed as though i was troubling her when requesting assistance explained it's not there u luckily another lady by the name of Sli offered to help me and within 2 min she returned with my jacket exactly where the lady who assisted me on Thursday told me it would be the set aside area. So I decided to go back to this Indian lady and asked her if it was too much trouble to look for my jacket or was she just being rude. Guys I kid you not her response with an attitude " Well this lady found it because she has glasses and I don't" I'm still perplexed and disappointed at this customer service I received from her. My humble appeal to the outlet is to please ensure that she has a set of glasses in future so she can be helpful to retailers and a course of good manners to customers. As for me I won't be won't be walking into this store again and think it was even my first time shopping there.
